Quick and Easy Whey Protein Shake Recipes For The Whole Family

Vanilla-Ice Power Shake
• 1 scoop WheyProtein Powder (scoop provided in container)
• 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice, pineapple juice, 2%milk or soy milk
• 1 large ripe banana
• 1/2 cup ice (crushed)
Pour water, juice, milk, or soy milk into blender. Add sliced ripe banana and 1 scoop WheyProtein Powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy. Drink immediately.
Optional: To create a Strawberry Dream Shake, simply replace the banana with 1/2 cup frozen strawberries.


Choco-holic Shake
• 1 scoop WheyProtein Powder (scoop provided in container)
• 250 ml (1 cup) water, skim milk, 2%milk or soy milk
• 1/2 cup ice (crushed)
• 1/4 teaspoon pure cocoa powder (or to taste)
Pour water, milk, or soy milk into blender. Add 1 scoop WheyProtein Powder and cocoa powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy. Drink immediately.



Pina Chocolada Shake
•1 scoops WheyProtein Powder (scoop provided in container)
• 125 ml unsweetened pineapple juice
• 125 ml purified water
• 1/4 very ripe banana(crushed)
• 1/4 teaspoon pure cocoa powder (or to taste)

• 1/2 cup ice (crushed)
Pour unsweetened pineapple juice and purified water into blender. Add banana, cocoa, and 1 scoop WheyProtein Powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy. Drink immediately.
